Thoroughly enjoyed the sauna experience at the point. Loved the 8 degree cold plunge, also the guided breath work, coaching through the cold, the difference with boiled water on the coals vs normal water temp. Outstanding set up and sauna guide/master (Christo?). I have been to many saunas from Norway and throughout Kent, this is my favourite. Looking forward to returning when I’m next back on the island.

I cannot recommend this beach side sauna enough. Came here with my 3 friends for my birthday and it was so fabulous. Christo was the perfect host, he chatted to us about contrast heat/cold therapy and even provided a moisturising salt scrub for post sauna. We went in sea straight after which added to the experience. We left feeling so relaxed and happy. Go try it! 😊

Thank you Slomo we had an amazing sauna at Freshwater Bay, with a dip in the sea to cool off very invigorating, beautiful scenery while having your sauna, our first time but not our last if we're back on the lsle Of Wight or other areas.

We had a blissful 2 hours (double the fun!) at freshwater bay, the sauna was hot, the sea was bouncy and the company was fab! Super chilled, would highly recommend (also the best sauna hats we’ve used!)

A really enjoyable hour, thank you, in a fantastic setting with a very welcoming and chilled out vibe. Great to see the venture being embraced and supported by so many locals. Definitely planning to return on a regular basis as I felt great afterwards

What a fabulous start to Easter Sunday. Beautiful sauna in the most spectacular setting. Perfect location for sea dipping in between thank you so much we will definitely come again. Thanks also for the barista coffee tip from the vintage shop up the road - come on move down to a horsebox on the beach and that would be Sunday morning perfection!

Great fun, good to have this near us. Good and hot, with cold plunge pool. Difficult with no changing facilities on a windy, wet day, and ‘Florence’ could have a wooden safety bar across the sauna stove, floor was a bit slippy. But the salt scrub and plums were a lovely treat! Great experience

My wife and I were in the midst of a charity kayak around the Isle of wight when we stumbled across your sauna on Freshwater Beach. We couldn't have asked for a better way to soothe our joints and muscles. Perfect. Thank you 🙏

Had a wonderful, relaxing hour over at Compton Bay. Stunning views and couldn't fault the service - Ollie & Issie were incredibly helpful, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Even filled up our water bottles for us so we could just enjoy the sauna!! Highly recommend. Thank you!
